What could cost you more
- · Import duty and local taxes outside the EU — these are set by your country, not by us, and are yours to pay
- · Bloodwork or an echocardiogram at your own vet, if they recommend one before or during therapy
- · A larger animal needs a higher strength, and the higher strengths cost more — the table above shows exactly how much
If we say no, you pay nothing
Placing an order is not the end of it. A veterinarian reviews your animal first, and if it is not a candidate — diabetes, an active infection, significant liver disease, a surgery already booked, pregnancy — we decline the order and refund it in full. That review is the part you are paying for, and it has to be able to end in a no.
The money questions
Is the veterinary consultation an extra charge?+
No. It is in the price of every order, one-off or membership. There is no separate consultation fee and no way to buy the medicine without the review.
Is shipping free?+
Yes, on every order, to every country we ship to. There is no minimum order value and no express surcharge.
Will I pay customs or import duty?+
Inside the EU, no. Outside it — Türkiye, the Gulf, Asia, the UK, Switzerland, Norway — import rules are set by your own country and any duty is yours to pay. We cannot tell you the amount in advance because it depends on your local rules.
Does a membership tie me in?+
No. There is no minimum term. Cancel from your account whenever you like; the box you have already paid for still ships, and nothing renews after that.
Do prices move with the exchange rate?+
No. Each currency has a fixed list price, so the amount you see is the amount you are charged. We review those figures when pricing changes, not daily.
Why is the membership cheaper?+
It costs us less to serve. The box ships on a known schedule, so there is no repeat checkout and no gap where a therapy stops and restarts. That saving is the 10%.
