A veterinarian-directed therapy programme. Every order includes a licensed veterinarian's review of your animal's history, a dose set from its body weight, monitoring guidance, and the medicine itself dispensed against that veterinarian's prescription.

Rapamycin is prescribed off-label in animals. No medicine anywhere is licensed to extend longevity, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise that it will.

Placing an order is an offer, not a completed sale. A veterinarian reviews the case first. If your animal is not a candidate — diabetes or impaired glucose regulation, active infection, significant liver disease, a planned surgery, pregnancy — we decline the order and refund it in full. Being told no is part of what you are paying for.

We also decline where the law of your country does not permit us to supply the medicine.

Prices are shown in your local currency as a fixed list price, not a live conversion, so the amount you see is the amount charged. Prices include VAT where it applies. Customs duties and import taxes in your country are yours to pay.

Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. Membership payments recur on the schedule shown at the time you subscribe until you cancel.

A membership ships the next box automatically as the current one runs out, at a discount to the single-box price. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancelling stops the next renewal and the boxes you have already paid for still ship.

Dose and strength changes are not self-service. Ask the veterinary team and they will review before anything changes.

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and depend on customs in your country. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

This site is educational. It is not a substitute for examination and diagnosis by a veterinarian who has seen your animal.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where our legal entity is established, and nothing in them removes the protection that the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence gives you.
